Who to Contact
Legislatively, the Cities' and Allegan County are the legal applicants for the portion of trail built in their geographic area. The Townships, all of which are located in Allegan County, determine their level of involvement based on their respective plans and resources. For a variety of reasons, construction of the Trail is occuring in phases and physical segments. This allows us to be able to work closely and collaboratively with the community leaders, residents and businesses during the planning phase for each segment.
